Hello my name is Shelly - Ask Me How To Move!!
I am a St. Louis Native and Top Producing Realtor with over 16 years of proven experience powered by Coldwell Banker Premier Group and have a background in contracting. An understanding of the nuances in our local market from residing here provides my clients with inside information when relocating.

In 2019 our market got a little weird for people looking to downsize and or buy a home. So I contracted with HavenBrook Homes for just about 3 years to offer an alternative service to my clients as their one and only Leasing Consultant for their more than 700 homes while learning the ins and outs of all things leasing and fostering new relationships to the success of being their top Leasing Consultant in more than six districts.
My primary focus is advising, educating, and offering skilled trade professionals to ensure my clients get to make the most of what they have and/or get the biggest bang for their buck when buying, selling, investing or leasing.
